The student and young directors from the world meet one another at the PISAF and create short animations through the Internet and offline meeting.
They can see the animation production process on the Internet and even have the opportunity to take part in the process. They also produce the same-theme animations during the PISAF.
All the participants have the chance to exchange their opinions on the animations through Internet comments. And they can join in the offline production.

단편 애니메이션을 만든다.
온라인 상에서 작품제작의 생생한 과정을 보고, 참여할 수 있으며 PISAF 기간 중에는
같은 주제의 애니메이션 제작한다.
누구든지 댓글을 통해서 작품에 대한 의견을 나눌 수 있고, 오프라인 제작에 함께 참여할 수 있다.
